Happy Fourth of July Weekend! With the summer weather heating up, I hope you all have the opportunity, to get your fill of sun, friends and most importantly, food! I have selected three of my favorite wines to pair with three traditional (or variations of traditional) BBQ foods for you to try this weekend! A red, The Dissident by Mark Ryan, to pair with a classic burger. A white, the Cava Brut Reserva by Campo Viejo, to enjoy with a crab cake. And a rosé,  by the Renegade Wine Co., to serve with a refreshing Stone Fruit and Burrata Salad. If you get around to trying any of these – let me know what you think!

Recipe for Stone Fruit & Burrata Salad

Red: Mark Ryan – The Dissident, $35

White: Campo Viejo – Cava Brut Reserva, $10-15

Rosé: The Renegade Wine Co. Rosé, $10
